1. Definitions

means the Bao Trader website bao.io, platform, trading simulation environment, educational materials, applications, dashboards, software, and any related services.
"Platform"
means the proprietary software interface through which Users may access simulated trading environments and program features.
"User" or "you"
means any individual or entity accessing or using the Service.
"Program"
means any evaluation, simulated trading challenge, training environment, tournament, or similar activity offered through the Service.
"Account"
means the personal user account created to access the Service.
"Content"
means all information, software, graphics, text, images, audio, video, analytics, algorithms, dashboards, or other materials made available through the Service.
2. Eligibility
The Service is available only to individuals who:
- are at least eighteen (18) years of age, and
- have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:
- you are at least 18 years old;
- all information provided by you is truthful and accurate;
- your use of the Service does not violate any applicable law;
- you are not subject to economic sanctions, export restrictions, or other legal prohibitions.

- does not execute trades on behalf of Users
- does not manage investment accounts
- does not provide investment advice
The Platform is designed for educational and evaluation purposes only.
4. Simulated Trading Environment
All trading activity conducted through the Platform occurs exclusively in a simulated environment.
Any balances, profits, losses, account equity, or capital displayed within the Platform are fictitious and exist solely for simulation purposes.
The simulated funds:
- do not represent real money
- cannot be withdrawn
- do not constitute financial assets
- do not represent ownership of capital
Users acknowledge that simulated trading conditions may differ significantly from real market conditions, including but not limited to:
- order execution
- spreads
- liquidity
- slippage
- latency
- pricing feeds
5. No Client Funds
The Company does not accept or hold funds for trading purposes.
Any fees paid by Users represent payment solely for:
- access to the Platform
- participation in evaluation programs
- educational services
The Company does not act as:
- custodian of funds
- broker-dealer
- investment manager
- financial intermediary
6. No Investment Advice
Nothing contained within the Service constitutes:
- investment advice
- financial advice
- trading recommendations
- portfolio management services
All information provided through the Service is for educational and informational purposes only.
Users are solely responsible for any trading decisions made outside the Platform.
7. User Accounts
To access certain features of the Service, Users must create an Account.
Users agree to:
- provide accurate registration information
- maintain confidentiality of login credentials
- notify the Company immediately of unauthorized access
Users are fully responsible for all activity conducted through their Account.
The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account at its sole discretion.
8. Prohibited Use

- use bots, automation, or scripts where prohibited
- engage in coordinated trading schemes
- use multiple identities or accounts
- attempt to manipulate the Platform
- reverse engineer or interfere with platform software

9. Intellectual Property
All Content and software associated with the Service are the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors.
This includes but is not limited to:
- platform software
- trading dashboards
- educational materials
- algorithms
- analytics systems
- visual interfaces
Users are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal purposes.
Users may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, scrape, or republish any part of the Service without written permission.
10. Payments and Fees

By purchasing access to any Program or Service, Users agree to:

- business interruption
The Company's total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the User during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
16. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC).
The arbitration seat shall be Hong Kong.
Users waive any right to participate in class actions.
17. Changes to Terms
The Company may modify these Terms at any time.
Updated Terms shall become effective five (5) business days after publication on the website.
Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Participation Agreement, Privacy Policy, and any Program Rules, constitute the entire agreement between the User and the Company.
